1 cup	self-rising flour
1 cup	cornmeal
1 x	onion chopped fine
2 tsp	baking powder
1 tsp	sugar
1/2 tsp	salt
1 x	egg
1 dsh	Tabasco sauce
	Milk as needed

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix first 8 ingredients together. Add milk a little at a time until you have the right consistency. Drop by tablespoonsful into oil one at a time. Remove when golden brown.
