Instructions: COOKIE: Cream butter and sugar together. add egg and milk, beat until light. Stir flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. BY HAND, blend into creamed mixture. Choill 2 hours. Using rounded teaspoon for each cookie, roll on floured surface to from a 6 inch rope. Place on ungreased sheet.

Frost with chocolate glaze CHOCOLATE GLAZE: Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter over low heat, stir constantly. remove from heat, stir in sifted confectioners sugar and vanilla. blend in enough boiling water until it is of a pouring consistancy.
