2 cup	sugar
1 cup	oil
4 x	eggs
3 cup	shredded carrots
2 cup	flour
2 tsp	cinnamon
1 tsp	salt
2 tsp	baking soda
	For icing
8 oz	cream cheese, softened
1 stk	butter, softened
1 box	powdered sugar
2 tsp	vanilla
1 cup	walnuts

Instructions:

Instructions: To prepare cake: Cream together sugar and oil. Add and beat in eggs and carrots. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Pour into greased 9 inch by 13 inch pan and bake for 55 minutes.

To prepare icing: Beat together cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in walnuts with a spoon.
