Instructions: Peel the garlic cloves and place them in a small saucepan with 4tbsp olive oil. Place over a diffuser on a very low heat for one hour.
Peel and halve the potatoes and put into a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 25 minutes. Drizzle olive oil into a large frying pan and fry the sausages on a medium heat for 20 minutes.
