1 qt Buttermilk
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 x Egg
1/3 cup Shortening
1 cup Raisins, (optional)
1/4 cup Molasses
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Corn meal
4 cup Whole wheat flour, (graham)
1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix and pour into 3greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 F. until done, aobut 50 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 3 loaves. MC
