Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift first 4 ingredients together. Add butter, egg and milk. Beat well, about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch square pan. Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over cake mixture. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
