Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Olive oil, or a mixture of olive and peanut oils
1 cup Minced onions
1 cup Seeded minced green bell peppers
1 cup Minced celery
8 oz Tomato sauce
3/4 cup Catsup
1 tsp Creole mustard
1 tbl Apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp Liquid smoke
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onions, bell peppers, and celery in oils for 5 minutes add remaining ingredients-mix well heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Use as a sauce with shellfish and rice.
