Ingredients:

2 med Sized pomfrets
Olive oil for frying
----------------- THE MARINADE ----------------
3 x Onions, (150 g)
25 gm Garlic
25 gm Cumin powder
1 tsp Chilli powder, (5 g)
1/2 tsp Oregano, (2 g)
1/2 tsp Parsley, (2 g)
1 tsp Lemon juice, (5 ml)
Instructions:
Instructions: SLIT the pomfrets and keep aside. Grind all the marinade ingredients to a paste and apply the mixture to the fillets.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Place the pomfret fillets, marinade side down and cook till golden brown. Serve on a bed of well browned onions with crispy lady fingers and corn bread.
