Instructions: In a blender blend the Jello and hot water until dissolved. Add cottage cheese and blend. Then add skim milk, vanilla and salt. Blend until there are no lumps.
Pour into a 9 inch pie pan and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm. Four pieces (one quarter of the mixture) which is equal to 1 protein and 1/16 cup of milk. Serve as a salad for lunch or dinner. Email this Recipe:
