Instructions: Chopped fresh herbs of choice, such as fresh basil or tarragon
Mix water and cornstarch together in small saucepan. Bring to boil and thicken over medium-high heat. Pour into small bowl and stir occasionally until lukewarm. Add salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and oil. Whisk to blend. Add herbs and stir to blend. Refrigerate, airtight, and use within 24 hours. Yield: 1/2 cup, about 4 servings Email this Recipe:
