Instructions: Place chicken breasts, meat side up, in a 9 inch square pan. Mix these ingredients and pour over chicken: lemon juice, pepper, poultry seasoning, paprika, Worcestershire, Tabasco and water. Cut artichoke hearts in half and place 2 halves on each breast. Coat well with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle a light coating of paprika on chicken. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered. Calories 146 per serving.
