Instructions: Fry bacon until crisp. Melt butter in a fry pan fry eggs one at a time ( I drop the egg in the skillet and use a chop stick to break the yolk and swish it around )sprinkle with salt and pepper when half way done turn it over and cook the other side. Place lettuce on a plate and top with the eggs in a single layer. Top eggs with tomato slices. Spread tomatoes with the mayonnaise. Top tomatoes with bacon. This is a knife and fork salad.
