1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 x egg whites
1 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup boiling water
----------------- FROSTING: ----------------
4 tbl light margarine
2 tbl plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cup powdered sugar
3 tbl nonfat milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using nonstick spray - grease and flour one rectangular cake pan. Combine dry ingredients; add egg whites, milk, applesauce and vanilla - mix medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water. Bake 35-40 minutes.

FROSTING:
Cream margarine and yogurt, add cocoa and sugar alternately with milk until desired consistency. Add vanilla - you may need more milk.
