1 lb Crabmeat (Fresh)
2 tbl Capers
1 x Egg -- well beaten
1 tsp -Salt
1/2 cup Kraft Non-fat mayo
2 tbl Skim Evaporated milk
1/4 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Dried dillweed
1 tsp Tabasco
2 tbl Calorie-reduced margarine
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently until well mixed. Spoon mixture into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or into a 1 quart baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes.
