1/2 lb crab -- flaked
8 oz non-fat cream cheese
2 tbl lowfat mayonnaise
1 tbl skim milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup lowfat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
1/8 tsp paprika
1 tbl prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 8 ingredients.

Process until smooth, scraping sides of processor bowl once. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in Cheddar cheese and crab. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted crackers or breadsticks.

Makes 3-1/2 cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon).

Yield:"3 - 1/2 cups"
