Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
3/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
2/3 cup Sherry
4 tsp Mined garlic
2 tsp Minded fresh ginger
2 tsp Sesame oil
6 x Swordfish steaks, 1 inch thick
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Place fish in a shallow baking dish in a single layer. Pour marinade over fish. Marinate at least 1 and a half hours, turning often.

Remove fish from marinade and grill until done, about 4 minutes per side.

Serve with salsa.

Yield: 6 servings.
