1 cup Self rising flour
1/2 cup Dried cranberries
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Orange juice
BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
1 cup Self rising flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries, left frozen
1/2 cup Orange juice
BANANA MUFFINS
1 cup Self rising flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1 x Banana, mash
Instructions:
Instructions: (Mix dry ingredients and fruit, add juice and stir just until blended. Put in muffin cups and bake at 305 degrees for about 25 min.) I always double the recipe. Tried, enjoyed and reposted on fat-free by Brown Jeannie
