2 lb ground turkey
2 x 15 1/4 oz cans dark red kidney beans
2 x 15 oz cans Mexican style chili beans
2 x 14 1/2 oz cans Mexican style sliced stewed tomatoes
onions to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Put turkey meat in microwave and cook on high for 7 - 8 minutes (until fully cooked). Drain off juices and crumble into a crockpot. Add all the other ingredients (including juices in the cans). Set crockpot on high and let it go. It should take about 2 to 3 hours to heat through. This makes a very thick chili and will freeze well.
