Ingredients:

16 oz Cooked blackeyed peas
1 cup Finely chopped peppers
1 cup Finely chopped onions
1 sm Jar chopped pimientos, drained
1 sm Jar finely chopped jalapenos, drained
1/2 tbl Fresh chopped garlic
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours. Drain off some of the liquid as necessary. Serve on top of Pork La Prince or with tortilla chips.
