1 clv garlic -- minced
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 oz Anchovies drained and patted dry
1 med Egg Yolk -- hardboiled
4 tbl Lemon Juice
2 tbl Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbl Olive Oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine garlic, pepper, and anchovies in a blender. Blend until everything is finely chopped.

Add egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth.

Turn blender on high and add the oil in a thin, steady stream while blender is running.

Serving Ideas: Serve with romaine lettuce and reduced calorie croutons.
