6 x lasagna noodles cooked
1 can , 15 oz Italian tomato sauce
1 pkt imitation crab-(diced)
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 x egg ( or equivalent of 1 egg substitute)-your option
1 tsp parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook noodles and rinse - mix together all other ingredients EXCEPT the tomato sauce.- spread this filling on a noodle - roll up jelly roll style and place

In a baking dish- do that to all 6 noodles, and then pour the tomato sauce over the rolled up noodles - bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If you want, you can add your favorite shredded cheese topping to the dish and add another bit of baking time to melt and brown the topping. -Its delicious either way - and fewer calories and fat without the topping cheeses -
