This dry mixture will keep for several weeks and makes a total of five dozen muffins (when added to the wet ingredients in the variations (Part II). This is first of two parts - make the basic mixture and add the Fruit Variation mixes (Part IIs) as you like to make fresh muffins whenever youd like to. All are delicious!
