1 x garlic clove
3 x -4 ripe tomatoes, quartered
1/2 x green pepper, cut into chunks
1/2 sm onion, cut into chunks
1 x cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbl olive oil
3 tbl red-wine vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend all the ingredients a very short time. Do not pulverize; leave some chunks of vegetables. Refrigerate before serving.
