1/4 cup Onion, chopped
3 cup Carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the onion, carrots, thyme, sygar, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until carrots are tender, turning occasionally. Serve hot.
