3/4 cup Butter
2/3 cup Firmly packed light brown sugar
1 lrg Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Shredded coconut
3/4 cup Coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla, blending well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; blend well into creamed mixture.

Blend in coconut and macadamia nuts. By hand, stir in "M&Ms" r Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slightly with back of spoon. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or just until set. Do not over bake. Cool 1 minute before removing to wire rack; cool completely. Store in tightly covered container.

MAKES ABOUT 4 DOZEN
