Amount	Ingredient
1/4 cup	Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 cup	Fresh Orange Juice
2 x	& 1/2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
2 tbl	Catsup
1/2 cup	Virgin Olive Oil
	Some Cut Up Scallions
	Red Onion Cup Up (I like it in 1/4 inch rings )
1 lb	Cooked Bow Tie Macaroni
1 lb	Shelled And Butter Fly Cut Shrimp
2 x	Avocados Cut Up (See Note)

Instructions:

Instructions: (Place avocados in more lime juice so they dont turn black and add them just be for you serve them so they dont get black and mushy)

Mix all ingredients and Serve ... Easy

This is a cool Mac & Sea Spicy Salad and not like the ones you have had with salad dressing full of calories
