Instructions: Roast 100g macadamias in 160 degree oven until golden.
Combine sugar with 30ml water in saucepan, stir only to dissolve. Slowly cook without stirring, until caramel appears. Add a pinch of baking powder and hot macadamia nuts. Stir to combine. Remove from pan and spread on a well greased tray. When cool store in air tight containers. Luscious with coffee or whenever you think you deserve a little treat! Email this Recipe:
