Instructions: Put the sherry, Worcestershire, soy sauce, lemon juice, thyme, and cajun seasoning in a bowl and mix. Add fish or chiclen fillets and let marinate for 45 minutes to an hour.
Place macadamias and bread crumbs in a flat dish. Beat egg in a bowl. Take fillets out of marinade and pat dry. Salt and pepper and dip into egg then roll in nut/crumb mixture making sure they are entirely coated. Sort of push the coating into the fish to make it stick. Heat oil in a skillet on med. high heat. When almost smoking, add fillets and cook until you can smell the nuts, but not burnt smelling. Turn over and repeat. Email this Recipe:
