1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
5 sqr unsweetened chocolate - (1 oz ea)
6 lrg eggs
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup coarsely-chopped macadamias or almonds
Additional chopped macadamias for garnish
----------------- FUDGE FROSTING ----------------
1 cup whipping cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring often. Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.

Stir in eggs, flour, and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 13- by 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Pour Fudge Frosting over top; chill 15 minutes, and cut into squares. Garnish, if desired.

For Fudge Frosting: Heat whipping cream in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat, and cool to room temperature. (Makes 2 1/2 cups)

This recipe yields 4 dozen.
