Instructions: Beat eggs and caster sugar together for 10 minutes. Blend cornflour, macadamia nuts and baking powder together. Fold egg mixture with nut mixture. Pour mix into a greased and lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 350F. Allow to cool.
Sprinkle icing sugar on a damp towel and place roulade topside down on towel. Spread with whipped cream. Hull strawberries and place in a line in the middle of the roulade. Roll up from bottom and leave to chill for 1 hour before serving. Serves six. Email this Recipe:
