Instructions: In large skillet with cover, brown beef, onion, celery, and green pepper.
Cook until meat is done. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper; bring to a boil. Add macaroni; cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until macaroni is tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4-6 tip: you can omit Parmesan cheese and add cubed Longhorn or Cheddar Just before serving.
