1/4 cup	chopped onion
1/4 cup	chopped celery
2 tbl	shortening
2 cup	cooked beef, cubed
2 tbl	chopped sweet pickled
2 x	canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp	salt
1 cup	macaroni
1/2 cup	grated cheese, or

Instructions:

Instructions: Cook onion and celery in shortening until golden. Add meat, pickle and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes. Add seasonings.

Cook macaroni, drain. combine meat mixture with macaroni. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 15 minutes more.
