1 pkt frozen peas and carrots - (10 oz) thawed
1 pkt macaroni-and-cheese mix - (7 1/4 oz)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
4 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: In a soup pot, bring the water to a boil over high heat. Stir in the peas and carrots, the macaroni (reserving the cheese packet), salt, and pepper. Return to a boil, cover loosely, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients, including the reserved cheese packet. Reduce the heat to medium, cover loosely, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until hot and creamy, stirring occasionally.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
