4 slc Bacon, cut into 1-inch

1 med Onion, chopped (about 1/2 Cup)
1 med Green bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 pkt Uncooked elbow, (7 ounces)
Macaroni
1 can Condensed, (10-3/4 ounces)
Tomato soup
3/4 cup Hot water
2 cup Shredded american or colby
Cheese, (8 ounces)
Buttered bread crumbs or cracker
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Place bacon in 3-quart casserole. Cover loosely and microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp. Stir in onion, bell pepper, macaroni, soup and water. 2. Cover tightly and microwave 14 to 16 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes, until macaroni is tender. Stir in cheese until melted. Top with bread crumbs. 4 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1-1/4 CUPS EACH); 640 CALORIES PER SERVING.

* 500-watt microwave: You may need to increase microwave times.
