Instructions: Cook first three ingredients in large, heavy skillet until tender. Add crumbs, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning and stir until mixed thoroughly. Add stock, stirring to mix. Add eggs one at a time, beating or stirring after each. Cook over low heat, stirring with fork to loosen from pan. If dressing is sticking, add crumbs. Before serving, brown in oven 10 minutes.
