1 x BAY LEAVES
1 tsp RED PEPPER, GROUND
1 tsp RED PEPPER FLAKES
1 tsp WHITE PEPPER
1 tsp PAPRIKA
1 x SMALL PINCH DILL SEED
1 x SMALL PINCH SWEET BASIL
63/1000 tsp CINNAMON
2/3 tbl LIGHT CORN SYRUP
2/3 tbl HONEY
Instructions:
Instructions: IN A LARGE SAUCE POT PLACE TOMATO SAUCE, WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE, SOY SAUCE, KETCHUP, BITTERS, LEMON JUICE, BAY LEAVES, RED PEPPER, CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES, WHITE PEPPER, PAPRIKA, DILL SEED, SWEET BASIL AND CINNAMON. SIMMER UNCOVERED FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS OVER LOW HEAT. SAUCE SHOULD BE THICK. ADD CORN SYRUP, HONEY AND BROWN SUGAR. SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES, STIRRING FREQUENTLY.

MAKE SURE SAUCE DOES NOT SCORCH ON BOTTOM.
