3/4 cup Malt-O-Meal cereal
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 x beaten egg
1 tbl baking powder
1/2 tsp salt, optional
Combine all ingredients. Stir until flour
is moistened. Fill greased muffin cups
3/4 x full Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 400

Yield: 12 muffins.
