Instructions: While wok is preheating, separately dredge all Mahi-Mahi chunks and Scallops in flour (remove excess flour). Add olive oil/sesame oil mix to wok and stir-fry snow peas and bamboo shoots (1 minute or less); remove and drain. Add hot pepper sauce to oil, along with white wine and vinegar and fry Mahi-Mahi (3-4 minutes) stirring all the time; add Scallops and fry (1 minute). Remove and drain on paper toweling. Serve hot, mixed with snow peas and bamboo shoots.
