1 cup hoisin sauce
3/4 cup plum sauce
1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup honey
1 bn green onions, minced
6 x cloves garlic, minced
4 lb chicken wings, cut off wing tip sections
1/4 cup vegetable confetti (tiny diced red,yellow and green bell pepper and red onion), for garnish
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine hoisin sauce, plum sauce, soy sauce, cider vinegar, dry sherry, honey, green onions and garlic. Toss wings with marinade and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Drain wings, place on roasting rack on sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees or bake in sauce at 450 degrees. Baste and turn wings; continue roasting for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mixed vegetable confetti and sesame seeds.

Note: To toast sesame seeds, place in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast until seeds turn light brown, shaking the pan to keep the seeds from scorching.
