Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Line a 9" square pan with buttered foil. Spread coconut mixture into pan. Cover and chill overnight. Cut into 2x1" rectangles. Cover and freeze. In microwave or double boiler, melt candy coating. Dip bars in coating, place on waxed paper to harden. Store in an airtight container.
