Instructions: Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley and cayenne in a nonreactive bowl. In a glass casserole or 3-quart bowl, layer: cabbage, half of dressing, all the broccoli, 2 cups grapes, the carrots and peppers. Spread remaining dressing over top. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Garnish with grape clusters.
