Instructions: If you have trouble distinguishing your original make-ahead strata from this light version, youre not alone - so did our taste-testing staff.
Coat a skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add next 4 ingredients; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain in a colander; pat dry with paper towels, and set aside. Combine milk and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add pork mixture and bread, stirring just until well blended. Pour into an 11- x 7- x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and chill 8 to 12 hours. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
