1 x (15-ounce) carton ricotta cheese
1 x (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces, divided)
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese (divided)
1 x egg
2 tsp minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 x (28-ounce) jars spaghetti sauce with meat
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella,1/4 cup parmesan, egg, parsley, onion powder, pepper and garlic powder. In another bowl, combine spaghetti sauce and water. Spread 1 cup sauce in an ungreased 13-by-9-by-2 inch baking dish. Stuff uncooked manicotti with spinach mixture (using pastry bag, if available); arrange over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over manicotti. Sprinkle with remaining1/2 cup mozzarella and1/2 cup parmesan.

Bake, uncovered, in a 350-degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until heated through.

You can also cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking
