Variations: Vegetable Yogurt Dip - Replace sour cream with 1 cup plain yogurt Vegetable Cheese Dip - Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese or 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese. Vegetable and Ginger Nut Dip - Add 1/3 cup chopped peanuts and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. Calico Seafood Dip - Add 1 cup finely chopped cooked shrimp or crabmeat.
