Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a crock pot and add water to fill. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, for as long as you like.

This mixture will last about 1 week. If you wish to use it again, strain out the spices and add fresh juice and water. Be sure to re-use the spices in the next brew, maybe adding a little more of the spices.
