To avoid confusion, begin with these ideas and timings and then create other favorite combinations. Combine flour, sugar, cornstarch, baking powder and salt in large bowl; mix well. Combine oil and vanilla. Add to flour mixture.

Mix with fork just until crumbly. Mix in milk powder. Store in tightly covered plastic dish or sealable plastic bag in refrigerator.
