2 tsp	dried minced onion
1 tsp	salt
1 tsp	chili powder
1/2 tsp	cornstarch
1/2 tsp	crushed dried red pepper
1/2 tsp	dried minced garlic
1/4 tsp	dried oregano

Instructions:

Instructions: For one envelope (about 2 T) Combine all ingredients, and store in an airtight container or in a 6 inch square of aluminum foil, folded tightly.

Use within 6 months. To use: Brown 1 pound of ground beef and drain the grease. Add 1/2 cup water and the Taco Seasoning Mix. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes enough filling for 8 to 10
tacos.
