Instructions: Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, water, vinegar, onion, olive oil, garlic and salt in batches in blender. Blend on Medium until smooth.
Increase speed to High. Add bread, a little at a time thought hole in top. Stir down. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Can serve with parsley and egg garnish. We like to eat this with croutons. NOTES : This recipe tastes like Gazpacho that we ate in Spain. Thickened with bread. Email this Recipe:
