Instructions: Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over a medium high heat. Add the onion, shallots, bay leaves, fennel, cloves, coriander, turmeric and chilli. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes or until the onion starts to brown. Add the prawns and saute until they begin to curl and turn pink. Stir in the cream and cook until the sauce is hot. Season with salt. Serve immedietely with rice or an Indian Bread, together with a spinach dish.
