Mallard breasts
Sour cream as needed

1 lb fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
2 tbl flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Fresh Mushroom Sauce: Saute mushrooms in butter. Remove mushrooms; add flour and chicken broth. Stir constantly over heat, until thick. Add mushrooms.

Brown breasts and place in shallow pan. Cover with sour cream and fresh mushroom sauce. Bake slowly until tender.
